Important notes
Please note, if your gadget was stolen or has been lost, you should also take the following steps:
Evidence
of ownership will need to be provided to the insurer
Report
the theft / accidental loss within 24hours of discovery to your airtime provider
Report
theft / accidental loss within 48 hours of discovery to the Police and obtain
a crime reference number
If
the incident happened outside of the UK, please notify the claims administrator
within 48 hours of returning to the UK
